This is great news! And yet this quote from the article is a bit disheartening:
"But young people in the United States have so much unprotected sex — one in three girls under the age of 20 will get pregnant, with 80 percent of the pregnancies unplanned — that Plan B has been little more than a sandbag on an overtopped flood wall. Even women who are given the medicine free often fail to take it after having unprotected sex."
Fail to take it?! When it's FREE?! Have teenagers always been this dumb?
I'm a geek for sex. I'm fascinated by it. I want to read every book, visit every website, listen to every podcast, go to every convention, exhibit and event. I have a healthy interest in personal experience too, but that isn't going to be the (primary) subject of this blog. The more I see of this subject the more I want to see. So I'm starting this blog to share some of the information I find with all the other sex geeks I feel certain are out there somewhere.
